About the Role
As the demand of clients' needs grows, we are looking for a motivated, client-centric, outcome-focused Speech Pathologist to join our expanding team. You will:
- Provide comprehensive high-quality assessment and intervention to clients with communication and feeding difficulties to help them achieve and maintain optimal independence and quality of life
- Work and liaise with carers and families, and provide trainings to them in communicating effectively with clients
- Work with other professionals to deliver effective therapeutic outcomes to reach functional goals
- Deliver augmentative and alternative communication assessments and intervention plans tailored to individual clients' needs
- Knowledge in creating and reviewing an oral eating and drinking care plan

Requirements
Bachelor of Speech Pathology or Masters in Speech Pathology
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a speech pathologist (New Grads are welcome)
Certified Practicing Speech Pathology Australia membership
Knowledge of functional communication and swallowing assessments, interventions and outcome measures
NDIS experience and understanding is preferrable but not essential
A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
A high level of written and verbal communication skills
Current driver's license and registered vehicle
Satisfactory DHS Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and National Police Check

Flourish Speech Pathology Services located in Adelaide, South Australia provides Speech Pathology assessments, individual and group intervention to clients across the life span. Telehealth services also available for interstate clients and clients in Hong Kong with regular face-to-face consult throughout the year.
